Emma is a Londonderry native whose desire to bring a work and family balance brought her out of the big firm environment  into a smaller more hands on practice.

 She has the ability   to tackle complex problems and the compassion and sensibility  to make a simple request her highest priority. Attorney  Hilton has attended some of the top schools in her field  and has received a LLM in Taxation from the much coveted  New York University in New York City. And is current admitted  in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

She is one of only a handful of people who handles both Tax Law and Bankruptcy in New Hampshire. Yet she is approachable enough to handle everyone’s needs. She approaches her practice of bankruptcy with the attitude of this is a team approach with her clients, and will personally be there every step of the way, she does not believe that a client is well served by being handed off to multiple people in the office.
